Will Dunklin has a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee. He is a Tennessee licensed architect and accomplished musician, with a wide range of experiences in both fields. In recent years, he has steered several diverse projects, including: large chain retail facilities, nail salons, churches, community centers and high-end residences. He is a participating board member of the Construction Specifications Institute. He is very active in promoting accessible design in the community. Will has a passion for historic preservation and a strong traditional aesthetic sensibility, which both compliment and inform Kim's work.
Kim Bragg has a BS in Architecture from the University of Virginia and a Masters in Architecture from Columbia University. She was awarded the Women in Architecture Fellowship while attending Columbia. Kim has worked for award-winning firms from Soho to the Bluegrass, taught construction at Lexington Community College and architecture design studio at the University of Kentucky. She started and partnered in her own firm, thoughtSPACE, and became a LEED accredited professional as an activist for eco-friendly and sustainable building. Kim opened a retail business which sold a short list of her favorite architectural and interiors products, with an emphasis on recycled, recyclable and sustainable materials. Currently, she provides architecture, interior design and construction management services as principal of Kim Studio / Bragg Architectural Builders.
